As we mark the end of the Covid 19 pandemic, we are still grappling with the impact it has had on our physical, social, economic, and mental health, therefore, making employee wellbeing one of the top priorities for every leader and organization today. WHO has called out for making mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority and re-iterated the role that managers and leaders need to play in supporting wellbeing at work. It has never been more important to come together and support each other as we take necessary actions to create healthier individuals, workspaces, and societies.

As a part of our movement of Making India a Healthy Place to Work For All, Great Place To Work® and HDFC ERGO have specially curated this summit to bring the conversation on wellbeing centre stage and inspire proactive action on this globally identified priority.

The summit will have keynote sessions, fireside chats, and
experiential sessions for the delegates to:

Our research shows that employees at best workplaces in health and wellness report a 3.9x times intent to continue working in their organisations for the next three years. There is a multiplier effect on engagement, discretionary effort and advocacy as well.

Unlike some other aspects, health and wellbeing is not an option where some people and organisations can choose to opt out and continue to run their business successfully. It is the foundational element that has a direct impact on our personal and professional lives and goals.

We believe that we can together fuel the movement of making India a Healthy place to work for all and partner to strengthen the overall ecosystem to create a positive impact on the larger community.
