Last year Great Place to Work® partnered with MediBuddy to launch the only public study in the space of workplace wellness. The summit will also feature key highlights of this pioneering research on workplace and honour the inaugural list of ‘India’s Best Workplaces in Health and Wellness 2020.’

We are delighted and proud to announce our Keynote Speaker Guy Winch, a globally renowned licensed Psychologist, and expert on emotional health. Guy advocates for integrating the science of emotional health into our daily lives and brings the latest research findings in emotional health to organizations, companies, and events worldwide.

His areas of expertise include managing the psychological challenges of daily life, building emotional resilience, increasing productivity and functionality, improving workplace and personal relationships.

    A global leader with a commendable track record in hands-on business growth and organizational transformation leadership, Paul Dupuis is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Randstad India, one of the country's leading HR services organizations. Paul exemplifies the spirit of agility and excellence in leadership, in today’s disruptive business landscape. His professional track record has been one of consistent and trailblazing achievements in the areas of business growth and development, turnaround and transformation, recruitment, strategic planning, talent management, innovation and entrepreneurial excellence. Paul has over 25 years of professional experience in multiple countries across Asia including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and now India. At Randstad India, Paul has led the rapid turnaround of the organization. He introduced several bold, strategic and innovative initiatives to trigger change, bringing the company to profitability and become one of the fastest-growing countries under the Randstad group globally. He has also been instrumental in embracing digital technologies to help accelerate growth which is both profitable and sustainable. Under his leadership, in 2019, Randstad India earned its ISO 9001:2015 certification and in 2020 has been recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’. A recognized thought leader in the HR services space, Paul is a frequent speaker in media and professional associations, as well as a regular columnist in Forbes and other leading publications, on topics related to leadership, strategy, transformation, workforce planning and hiring trends. Prior to joining Randstad India, Paul served as the Managing Director & Board member of Randstad Japan, where he led Professionals (Search & Selection), Engineers (Temp & Perm), RPO and GCS of Randstad Japan from 2013. In this strategic role, his main task was to transform Japan operations from a pure-play staffing firm to an OpCo with total solution offerings, laying the foundation for a future-proofed operation. Randstad Japan was well recognized for success under Paul's leadership, and his teams have achieved impressive results as they continue on their ambitious growth path. Paul has also had successful stints as Head of APAC for a mid-sized recruitment firm where he successfully launched organic start-ups across several countries in Asia and led M&A in several countries across the region, including India. Paul is a member of the Executive Board for the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF). He was also the former Chairman of HOPE International Sustainable Development Agency (JP), focusing on clean water projects and microcredit programs in Cambodia, Sudan and the Philippines, with a mission to help the neglected poor become self-reliant. A graduate from The University of Windsor, Paul has completed a Professional Development Program from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia. He has also participated in executive training programs at INSEAD in France and Singapore, and the Transformational Leadership Program at London Business School in 2019. He published his first book on leadership, The E5 Movement in June 2020. Paul is a passionate ice hockey player and volunteers as a coach and supporter of ice hockey in the remote part of the Himalayas in northern India.

    Rekha is an experienced HR Capital Management executive with over 24 years of experience across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Automobile, IT, ITES and Market Research. Rekha has worked in organizations such as Murugappa Group, Ford Motor Company, Genpact and Kantar and held HR Leadership roles covering Business Management, Employee Engagement, Employee relations, Talent Management and Transformation of workplaces. Due to her strong track record and expertise in building HR systems and processes from scratch, she was chosen to lead the HR Integration for a leading pharmaceutical giant in US during her stint at Genpact. In Kantar she was the Global HR Director for Kantar Operations and worked with teams across US, UK and Europe. She was also instrumental in helping Kantar’s GDC achieve 22 nd rank in Great Places to Work. She was chosen to be part of the High Pot Women Leaders group both in Genpact as well as Kantar. In her current role she heads HR for RealPage India. She has mentored many HR professionals in her career and has a passion for training and coaching. She is a certified Life Coach from ICF. She also has a passion for Corporate Social responsibility and was the first person to represent India in the Kantar Charity Challenge and helped raise 3500 pounds for Unicef. She believes strongly in staying fit and has participated in a 100 km cycling event as well as several Half marathons. Couple of months back she completed a 120 kms trek in Satara Valley in Maharashtra.

He has an enviable track record in multinational organizational development and is acknowledged as a thought leader in conceptualizing solutions to address current and future challenges for the global healthcare industry. Prior to cofounding Indegene, Manish was associated with Infosys Technologies. He is a BTech graduate from IIT-BHU, India and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from IIM Ahmedabad (1998), India. He is the recipient of the Young Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship from IIM Ahmedabad, India and the Distinguished Alumnus Award from IIT-BHU, India.
