Overview
Great Place to Work® Institute is back with the annual Inclusion Summit which is a leading platform for new voices in the space of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This year’s theme is “Being a Socially Responsible Brand” – to provoke thinking and action that will help build an inclusive brand for customers and talent.
What inspired the theme?
It goes without saying that the last year has been incredibly challenging for many. Marginalized groups in this country, were even more impacted. Through this Summit, we would hope to recognize and learn from individuals and organizations that were able to remain committed towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion especially during times when it mattered the most.

Opening Keynote Speaker: India @ 75: Moving from Intent to Action

Abhinav A. Bindra is the first Indian to win an individual Olympic Gold (Beijing, 2008). In total, he won over 150 individual medals in a career that lasted over twenty years. Recipient of the Arjuna Award and the youngest recipient of the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, Mr. Bindra was also conferred with India’s 3rd highest civilian award, the Padma Bhushan, in 2009.

Harish Bhat has held many roles in the Tata Group over the past thirty-four years, including as managing director of Tata Global Beverages, and chief operating officer of the watches and jewellery businesses of the Titan Company Ltd. An avid marketer, he has helped create many successful Tata brands. He writes extensively, and is a columnist for The Hindu Business Line and Mint. In 2019, Linkedin selected him as one of their top voices in India.

She has led various initiatives at Tata Starbucks since 7 years that are acknowledged as some of the best practices in the industry.
