Great Place To Work^Ⓡ invites applications from organizations across industries and sectors to be considered and evaluated for being considered among India’s Best Workplaces^TM Building a culture of Innovation by All 2023.

In its 1st edition, Great Place To Work^Ⓡ studied 1203 organizations that undertook the assessment. All these organizations underwent a rigorous evaluation. As part of this assessment, the organizations are studied through two lenses.

The first lens carries 75 percent weightage and analyses confidential survey feedback that reflects employees’ trust in the management team, experience, and opportunity to innovate at work. This is collected through our globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index^TM. The second lens, Culture Audit^TM, carries 25 percent weightage and considers the robustness of practices & policies that foster and sustain an innovative culture where employees feel comfortable sharing their ideas and suggestions.

The Institute undertakes a robust validation process on the data gathered through the assessment process. The employee feedback from the Trust Index and the quality of practices highlighted by Culture Audit determines an organization’s inclusion in India’s Best Workplaces Building a culture of Innovation by All 2023. No individual or jury has a say in who makes it to the list – only employee feedback and the quality of people’s practices & policies determine if an organization is a great workplace.

This year, we recognize the Top 75 organizations, split by categories: Large (Top 50) and Mid-size (Top 25). Large and Mid-size winner lists are published in alphabetical order but within each of the industries/industry verticals.
