She has facilitated engaging sessions with leaders on Action planning to build and improve the Organisation’s Work Culture and with Managers on building High Trust High Performance teams. She also has a rich consulting experience and has led consulting assignments across project life-cycles: from identification of client needs, to designing & architecting solutions, leading project delivery and ensuring measurable client impact. She has extensive experience across Automotive, Insurance, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Beverages and Pharmaceuticals sectors; with companies such as Siemens, ICICI Lombard, Diageo, Titan, Synchrony, CK Birla Group, NTPC, Prodapt, Aspire Systems, DB Schenker and the likes.
She brings in expertise in:
Action planning post Work Culture Assessment: Worked with leaders in organisations across industries to create a roadmap for improving employee experience and institutionalising best practices in the organisation.
Talent Development: Led and Facilitated large scale people manager capability building interventions to create trust based high performing teams.
Continuous development of the product portfolio: Led improvement of talent development product to improve ROI at client end. She was also instrumental in launching the Wellness study by Great Place to Work & Great Place to Work® Certified Professional Course.
Building expertise in the Great Place to Work® Framework: Currently she is the lead facilitator for Great Place to Work® Certified Professional Course, an immersive 7 week course for HR professionals on the Great Place to Work® methodology.
