Managing Self and Teams: Creating Action Plans
This Masterclass can sensitize managers toward Workplace wellness by helping them relate to the real-life issues at the workplace. Some of the ideas shared were simple, yet so effective. They help us to take a step back and rethink wellness, both for the self and for the team.
This Masterclass made me more aware of the challenges in the process of devising wellness programs. I also learned from others about their struggles and the ways they handled those.
The opportunity to learn from other leaders in the industry was very helpful. With the Masterclass, I readily understand wellness as an investment, and not merely a cost.
It enables managers to bring small changes which can bring a huge difference in overall workplace wellness.
