They will go through an assessment process which includes a survey where the employees share their workplace culture experience. In order to be Certified, an organization must achieve a minimum of 70% positive responses in the Trust Index survey and clear a stringent audit conducted by Great Place To Work. Great Place To Work administers a standard assessment for every organization that nominates themselves. \n<br \/>\nTo be eligible for certification, a company should have the employee strength of at least 10 employees in India. Organizations having less than 100 employees must be in existence and operating for over 2 years in India, to be
