Winning the Battle for Retention

Attrition remains a significant challenge, with turnover exceeding 50% in many IT workplaces. By contrast, top-performing organizations retain nearly 70% of their workforce.

Certifications: A Gen Z Growth Lever

Certification is a powerful talent attraction driver, with 8 in 10 Gen Z professionals saying it increases their likelihood of joining an organization.

Purpose as a Catalyst for Innovation

Nearly 20% of IT employees struggle to find meaning in their work, highlighting an opportunity to strengthen purpose, engagement, and innovation.

Recharging Innovation at Scale
