Balbir Singh is the Chief Executive Officer at Great Place To Work India, bringing over two decades of experience in leadership, organizational culture, and business strategy. He holds a B.Tech degree and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
Since joining Great Place To Work as a CEO, Balbir has played a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. Starting as the Chief Operating Officer, he was elevated to CEO in June 2024. His leadership has been instrumental in steering the company towards its mission of making India a great place to work for all. Before joining Great Place To Work, Balbir held prominent technology roles at Infosys, American Express, and EXL Consulting.
