Vox PoPuli': Vox PoPuli is a video series initiated by Fingent during the Lockdown period. In each video, a Fingentite talks about his or her experiences at Fingent, their values and how they experienced this during their career at Fingent thus far - by answering three questions put to them by three different people. It also gives out a glimpse of the same to the world and helps them in knowing the real Fingent stories. It helps Fingentites relate to their culture and practices especially for the new joiners who joined during the pandemic period connect with the families of Fingentites and help them know about the Fingent culture and practices.
Saath : Saath is one of the 4 inspire clubs in Fingent, which is an employee initiative CSR program that was created to serve the fourth pillar of influence, that is the Society. The initiatives mostly include supporting either a cause or the needs of the underprivileged members of the society. Saath also coordinates with old age homes, orphanages, and other social service homes and helps them by providing essential items as requested by these social service centers.
