My journey at FIIB has been transformative. Appointed Assistant Professor of Marketing in January 2021, I became Area Chair within six months, leading seasoned professors. In July 2022, I took on the role of Marketing Communications Chair, managing diverse teams and strategies. A pivotal moment came when the FIIB website crashed during admissions in 2023. I calmly led its revamp, honing my project management skills. FIIB's support has been crucial, encouraging innovation without fear of failure. I've grown professionally through training, mentoring, and meaningful conversations. Reflecting on my FIIB experience, I'm grateful for the opportunities and support received. The senior management's guidance has been invaluable.

I started working with FIIB in 2018 and was initially challenged in the HR department, I quickly adapted and took on major projects like HR software implementation. During the pandemic, I was given huge responsibilities, including contingency planning. FIIB's unwavering support through mentorship, training programs, and courses from prestigious institutions prepared me for leadership. The collaborative environment fostered innovation and problem-solving skills. Promoted to Senior Manager in 2022, I shaped strategic HR initiatives and received the Most Promising Professional Staff award. FIIB's emphasis on employee development through mentorship and open dialogue was crucial to my growth & development. This journey has enhanced my resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
