An annual Inter-School Competition was initiated & launched by UPES which provided a platform to around 300 students of the 8 Schools to compete amongst themselves in Cultural & Sporting Events. The day-long event provided the first-ever opportunity of this kind to these economically underprivileged children. It was sheer joy to see them excited & smiling young innocent faces as they stood atop the ‘Victory Stand’ to receive their trophies for the very first time in their lives. URJA to e-URJA: They launched URJA in Feb 2017, to cater to the training needs of their employees. To participate in this training, employees nominated themselves via Intranet (our internal portal), and basis the nominations we created them in different groups.
Urja continues in the new reality as ‘eURJA’ with new energy vigor and subject areas.
