What I’ve observed at MOFSL is that Learning comes first, and Business comes after. We are truly a Knowledge First organization. Multiple functional, soft skills driven trainings, courses, assessments, sessions through multiple platforms are available for people to take up. As an individual, I have been able to experience learning from a 360-degree perspective – be it from my Manager, Leaders or Peers. It has been a journey driven by Process-Oriented Growth for me. My Manager and Leaders are extremely supportive, which motivates me every day.

As working mothers, women are often torn between caregiving and building their careers further. My managers and team ensured seamless coordination when I resumed work after my Maternity Leave. There were some health challenges, during which I was given work flexibility without any questions asked. They tailored my workload and responsibilities to what I could manage. I am proud to say that MOFSL has truly supported my personal and professional endeavours!
