The most unique aspect of Puma India is the way how closely knit the team is. Whether is was supporting each other in Covid, or going the extra mile to grab business share in a post Covid sale rebound. The team members across functions work seamlessly to deliver targets. For eg., during event sales, all functions from sourcing, merchandising, sales, sales operations, supply chain and finance co-ordinate seamlessly to deliver goods directly from factories to major e-commerce customers' warehouses. The execution process is complex but handled exceptionally well by all departments. Then there are employee engagement and fun activities in the form of Puma Sports League, annual outbound and numerous trainings.

I feel that this is a great place to work since we get ample of opportunities to grow here , lots of employee benefits , positive and happy work environment , flexible timing , lots of employee engaging activities . It feels like college here :)
