The fact that the MD of the company takes training sessions with the teams and shares his wisdom, and treats everyone equally is great. And, this organization is all about learning new things growing and improving every day in every aspect of work and personal life. During tough times like during the lockdown and COVID, all the heads helped everyone in a need of help like a family member which I really appreciate.

I find that this place offers immense opportunities to grow professionally. Management is keen on expanding business and launching new products which are of interest to me.
