Our Methodology
Every year, through the Great Place To Work® Assessment and Recognition Program, we assess the workplace culture of nearly 1000 organizations in India. These organizations represent businesses, NGOs, and government agencies across more than 60+ broad industries; and have varied organization structures – as small as ten employees to as big as "more than 100,000 employees".
The participating organizations that meet the Certification criteria are Certified as Great Place to Work for one year. Further, depending on an organization's industry and theme eligibility, these organizations feature among the Best Workplaces list published by Great Place to Work®.
