To undertake the Great Place to Work® Assessment and Certification, a company must nominate themselves voluntarily. They will go through an assessment process which includes a survey where the employees share their workplace culture experience. In order to be Certified, an organization must achieve a minimum of 70% positive responses in the Trust Index survey and clear a stringent audit conducted by Great Place To Work. Great Place To Work administers a standard assessment for every organization that nominates themselves.
