In typical organizations in India the CEO gets 200-300 times more than entry level salary. This structure is based on our principle of equity – salary should reflect real contribution and not power. We divide our profits in the same ratio at the end of the year!

To foster learning and development, GPTW offers each Greater a self-development budget which is equivalent to their one month’s salary. This can be utilised by taking up any learning course or opportunity which will help the Greater to progress in their role.
We believe in prioritizing health and wellness always. Wellness Leave is to enable Greaters to take a day off when they are not feeling physically or mentally fit to put in a day’s work or want to take a day off to refresh and recharge. The Greaters are also eligible for unlimited sick leaves.
The term ARMED stands for Attract, Retain, Motivate, Engage and Develop. The ARMED Talent meeting is a forum where we encourage Greaters to ask questions and queries directly and anonymously. These questions are addressed and answered in the meeting by senior leadership.
