This cultural journey is fuelled by a single-minded focus and commitment to ensuring that each employee is positively engaged. Leadership’s commitment to action based on employee feedback has ensured trust in employees that their voice is heard and acted upon.
Navitasys, being recognised as one of the Top 100 India’s Best Companies To Work For 2025 is a result of its listening culture, continuous work on survey feedback, and closing the loop on communication with employees, truly reflecting its relentless commitment towards building and sustaining a High-Trust High-Performance Culture™. Let’s read how:
The Beginning: Listening to Employees
In 2022, Navitasys initiated its first Great Place To Work assessment, seeking structured feedback from employees. The results provided data-backed, actionable insights into cultural strengths and opportunities.
Scores and employee comment analysis displayed the following:
Culture tenets loved by employees: Sense of Pride, Growth & Development Opportunities, and Fairness in Compensation
Experiences that employees suggested could be improved: Fun & Friendly Workplace, Impartiality, and Fair Performance Evaluation.
Leadership at Navitasys, true to their core values of RISE — Refine, Innovate, Strive, and Enable, rather than viewing these insights as challenges, embraced them as opportunities for growth. Further, with survey results as a base, HRBPs focused on listening, using a structured approach, to the unique needs of various demographics, aligning initiatives to be more inclusive.
“At Navitasys India, our Great Place To Work journey has been a meaningful experience which has helped us celebrate our strengths and address areas for growth. Over the past three years with insights we have seen our engagement improve. Our Trust Index score has improved by 13 points, supported by initiatives in talent management, communication channels, performance management, DEI&B and total rewards. These steps are shaping a strong and inclusive culture where our people can do their best work and thrive.”
