Based on the continuous insights and learnings received, new programs have been crafted while also evolving existing programs and benefits. Through feedback, Synchrony introduced an enhancement to a specific benefit through paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, which provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave. The enhanced benefit also covers paid care leaves of 2 weeks to support their partners in a time of need on account of miscarriage, stillbirth, or medical termination of pregnancy.
