What is Giftwork?

Giftwork® is a simple, yet powerful journey program designed for managers. It equips front-line and mid and senior mid level managers to build meaningful, productive workplace interaction, where leaders and employees consistently offer more than what is expected. Not out of obligation, and not just for the organization’s benefit, but because trust, respect, and shared purpose genuinely exist.

Front‑line and mid‑level people managers, plus senior leaders who want to role‑model, champion, and coach culture at scale.
How many participants per cohort?
The journey is typically designed for cohorts of around 25 managers for optimal peer learning and facilitation depth.
What is the time commitment?
Pre‑work assessment (a few hours over 4–5 weeks), a 2‑day manager workshop (or 1.5‑day for senior leaders), followed by 8‑16 weeks of action learning, check‑ins, and certification steps.
How is impact measured?
Through action‑plan tracking, implementation stories, and Level‑3 feedback from team members and reporting managers, leading to internal certification on achieving the threshold score.
What support do managers get after the workshop?
Learning groups, Trust Talks, batch anchors, and coaching nudges, plus recognition for high‑trust behaviors to keep energy high.
Is the programme customized for India?
Yes, the content, examples, and facilitation are tailored to Indian contexts, sectors, and managerial realities, while staying true to our global standards and voice.
Who is the facilitator for this programme?
