Membership in this elite Club is limited to the CXOs of organizations certified by Great Place To Work in India for two years. It is a platform for the great place community where the members come together periodically to learn and share what they are doing differently to create a great work culture and sustain a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture in their organizations.

Who can be a part of the Club?
Eligibility to the Great Place To Work® Great Certified Club is as follows:
- Membership to this elite Club is only limited to the CXOs of the certified Organizations
- The organization should have a minimum strength of 100 employees
- Membership to the Club is available at an Annual Fee of INR 1,00,000 (exclusive of applicable taxes) per member
- Membership to the Great Certified Club is by invitation only
- Each eligible organization can nominate a maximum of two members in any given season
- Membership benefits and attendance for the strategy meetings are non-transferable
