Great Certified Club

The Great Place To Work Great Certified Club is an exclusive forum for the CXOs of the Certified Great Workplaces in India. Membership to this elite club is limited to the CXOs of organizations that have been certified by Great Place To Work in India. It is a platform for the great place community where the members come together periodically, to learn and share about what they are doing differently to create a great work culture and sustain a High-Trust, High-Performance culture in their organisations.

Club Objectives

The club is formed on the principles of being a self sustainable club which others aspire to be a part of. The club meetings will be facilitated by Great Place To Work and the members will come together to co-curate the agenda for the season. These meetings will aim to help the members improve and sustain their competitive edge in the talent market, by learning from each other and from the latest research in this field. Who can be a part of the Club?

Eligibility to the Great Place To Work® Great Certified Club is as follows:

Membership to this elite Club is only limited to the CXOs of the certified Organizations
The organization should have a minimum strength of 100 employees
Membership to the Club is available at an Annual Fee of INR 1,00,000 – 75,000 (exclusive of applicable taxes) per member
Membership to the Great Certified Club is by invitation only
Each eligible organization can nominate a maximum of two members in any given season
Membership benefits and attendance for the strategy meetings are non-transferable
