Ignitarium has given me some very good opportunities to go out of my comfort zone, try new things, fail and learn from it. If the intent of employee is clear and in the same direction and aligned with its vision, there is good encouragement and support given to try out new things, be it a new service offering or a new business strategy etc. There is tremendous respect and acknowledgement of who you are and what you bring to the table. This encourages me to do more for Ignitarium.

One of the main advantage I have personally felt is ease of access to top management and their eagerness to listen to your ideas and thoughts and help in implement the useful ones. This gives an immense sense of involvement in day to day functioning and growth of the company which I give top priority to. I will not call this unique but rare to find.
