Culture as a Business Priority
A Business-led Approach to the Trust Index Survey
At YASH Technologies, the Great Place To Work assessment is treated as a business priority, extending beyond the HR function to involve leaders across the organization. A dedicated team of business leaders, influencer leaders, and associates drive the process, ensuring broad representation and alignment with cultural objectives. Ambassadors focused on Areas of Leadership (AOL) work closely with business units to translate survey insights into actionable strategies. On an organization-wide level, internal roving reporters, play a key role in gathering real-time feedback on employee sentiment and engagement, enabling continuous improvement. This business-led approach ensures that feedback from Great Place To Work surveys and other mechanisms directly informs decision-making and drives meaningful enhancements across the organization.
When Employees Speak, the Trust Index Listens
Translating Trust Index Insights into Practices
Until 2016, the area of Rewards and Recognitions was identified as one requiring enhancement, based on the findings from the Great Place To Work Survey. In response, YASH Technologies transformed its traditional recognition system and introduced the vRISE program, leading to a comprehensive revamping of the R&R framework. Since the introduction of these practices, the company has observed a 10-point increase in employee perception regarding celebrations and recognitions.
Revamp of the Rewards & Recognition Framework
Through the vRise framework, YASH Technologies has elevated its Rewards and Recognition program by developing a dedicated vRise Portal that makes celebrating achievements seamless and engaging. Designed with a user-friendly interface and an exclusive online rewards catalogue, the portal encourages employees to celebrate both major and minor accomplishments, reinforcing the core value of “Employee Delight.” Its transparent nomination process ensures fairness and minimizes bias, while user-focused features enhance the overall experience. Key highlights include a Wall of Fame showcasing awardees, video guidance on the process, a detailed FAQs section and User Manual, a YASH Vintage Club for long-service awardees, and a comprehensive List of Reward Categories—making recognition both meaningful and accessible.
The portal has a dedicated section that celebrates innovation through thoughtfully designed award categories. The Innovator award honors employees who create reusable solutions for customers or introduce impactful improvements through creative thinking. The Spotlight – Unmatched Performance award recognizes individuals who exceed expectations and deliver exceptional contributions. The Kudos: Making a Difference award, a non-monetary recognition, celebrates those who demonstrate innovation and go above and beyond to drive business success.

Impact
In the Performance Year of July’23 to June’24, there were 1843 Awardees. The company has observed a 11-point increase in employee perception on motivation from 2016 to 2024.
