To ensure his maximum availability and presence, he created another informal communication platform via WhatsApp, named Samirness. This group was created in 2018 and is active since then. This platform is used by Mr. Modi and every one part of the group in various ways i.e. highlighting special efforts and initiatives by any business vertical, offering instant support, special announcements, and giving instant recognition. Other departmental heads follow the same trends within their team/regional WhatsApp groups.

Ring the Bell (Sound of victory): Ringing a bell is also a form of positive communication, something all employees crave, and a way to boost morale by creating confidence among employees that the organization is doing well, their jobs are secure, and that you are working to create a positive work environment.
