The Adani Skill Development Centres (ASDC) under the SAKSHAM initiative have trained 1.65 lakh youth across 15 states, generating over INR 1,400 crores annually. Launched in 2016, SAKSHAM integrates technology in training, offering courses like AR-based welding, crane operation, and AI fundamentals. The largest facility in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, provides 21 simulation-based programs. ASDC's innovative approach includes Metaverse-based training and AI tools. With strong placements in companies like Amazon and Flipkart, ASDC has received national and international recognition for its contributions to skilling and nation-building.
