Suntory Global Spirits stands out for its premium product portfolio (like Hibiki and Yamazaki), giving me the chance to represent globally renowned brands. The company’s focus on innovation and quality makes selling easier, as the products often sell themselves. Additionally, Suntory emphasizes local market adaptability, providing us with the tools and flexibility to tailor strategies effectively. Strong brand reputation and commitment to sustainability also resonate well with customers, enhancing trust and loyalty, which ultimately helps us achieve targets more efficiently.

There are many unique and positive aspects to work here, like its (1) genuine commitment for collaborative, (2) innovative work culture (new ideas for increasing productivity are welcomed here), (3) work life balance, (4) transparent communication regardless of position. But i would like to mention my very own situation, 6 months after joining this organization I went on Maternity leave for, and for nurturing my little one I requested to work remotely for next 6 months being the primary care giver. Though it took multiple discussions and approvals from higher management, but finally I am allowed to continue work remotely considering this will not only allow me to focus better on my work responsibility and manage deliverables timely but will also lead to more productivity.
