Working at Buzz Women has made me a more confident person, and I feel immensely grateful for the impactful work we do within communities. The transparent policies in place have built an ecosystem of trust and have fostered honesty in my work. I feel comfortable to work here because there is priority on the well-being of the team members. Most importantly, I'm happy to work from my village and not move into the city for this kind of opportunity.
Buzz Women prioritizes learning and growth, especially for its women team members. I enjoy the work at Buzz because while the organisation builds the capabilities of the community women it also does the same for its employees. I feel proud to work here, as it provides ample opportunities for personal and professional development, fair compensation, and a supportive family-like environment. I'm grateful to contribute to such a meaningful cause.
