Some of the Best People Practices and Initiatives at CEIPAL Solutions Private Limited include
Mentor Program:
In the first weeks of employment, a new employee temporarily is assigned a mentor/buddy. A mentor is a colleague with at least a couple of years of experience at CEIPAL, who is a source of information and support for the new employee in the first period. During the first weeks, the mentor outlines an extensive mentoring pack with important information about the company. A part of the introduction with the mentor includes an extensive training program. The new employee receives Excel, PowerPoint, and CEIPAL's product and process training from the mentor.
CEIPAL Innovation Foundry:
This is a 15-day program wherein employees can participate individually or in a group. During these 15 days participants have to come up with innovative, cost-effective, sustainable ideas desired by customers; ideas that will help the product/business grow. The entire process is divided into 3 simple steps. Employees are given 7-10 days to brainstorm and come up with innovative ideas that will help business growth. Employees document their ideas and send them to the panel of judges. The panel selects the 3 best ideas. These 3 teams/individuals then make a presentation to the panel and the best idea gets rewarded.
