The executive team would listen to an intern with the same attention as a C-suite. It's amazing how our efforts always get recognized, not just by our direct managers but also by the exec team. They are very approachable and you have absolute freedom to voice your thoughts, concerns, and feedback and at the same time have full confidence that it would not be taken in a negative light and they'll make sure that your concerns are addressed.

Almost anyone inside and outside of Chargebee will talk about the culture. This is what attracts people to work here. The leadership team is one of the best, very competent, and extremely humble (I have picked up the phone to chat with CEO). Things are very transparent and every employee feels like they belong to a larger purpose. Company values are not just on paper and recognition is consistent across the board. The employee is always put first - at par with customers :) The people who're a part of this company, at least most of the ones I've interacted with have been hired spot on.
