PAT ON THE BACK CARDS: In their constant drive to ensure maximum employee recognition, Pat on Back (POB) cards are used for day to day recognition. The Managers and heads are provided POB cards by the HR Team every month. However, to ensure that their employees earn this, only 1% of the total Headcount of each department can be given this card. The card has space, where the Managers and Heads can write a hand-written note and present it to the employee on the operation floor for the good work that they do.
