Ek Tara is a Kolkata-based registered trust committed to the holistic development of marginalized children and women in the slums of Topsia and Tiljala. Through the EkTara Learning Centre, we provide quality education, co-curricular learning, and parental engagement for around 950 children. We also collaborate with KMC/SSM schools to build model learning environments. Our inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture drives our vision of enabling positive community transformation through education and empowerment.
