You have the freedom to manage your work, Managers trust you and give you all the resources to do your job to the best of your abilities and you enjoy your work. Work will never be work as you enjoy doing it. I have been promoted 2 times in the span of 4 years and 3 months. Even I got multiple awards for all the appreciations i received from client. The very interesting thing about Ensono is the transparency of higher management. From higher level managers till India head they keep interacting with ground level engineers and managers on regular basis. They have lots of patience and very good listeners. Also, they do eager and take initiative for team progress. Ensono provides a great work life balance due to which one can plan their entire year based on the work assigned to them. Also, there are introduction of new programs which can highly benefit their employees. This is a great place to work.
