Management is very approachable. Everyone’s mobile phone numbers are available to all employees. Humility is demonstrated across the Board. People are respectful and humble in their work. The Management including our respected MD is approachable, even to bottom level employees. Cognizance of employee feedback is taken & organization acts on the suggestions promptly. Equitas gives basic fundamental human respect to all employees irrespective of position, gender or caste.

Equitas is a great place as it is an employee oriented organization with great culture and values. It has done a lot for its employee in terms of employee benefits and it has also provided great covid benefits. Benefits are given more at junior levels; e.g. it gave incentives to field staff during covid, though there was no business. The outcome of Equitas being a great place reflect with the number of vintage employees it has and the number of rejoiners.
