FIDES (Family Integral development Education Scheme) is a charitable organization launched by the Salesian Sisters of Bangalore Province in the year 1993, with the sole aim of uplifting and empowering the poor women, youth, children, families, and farmers, irrespective of caste, creed and colour. Since then FIDES has been rendering and extending its service diligently to its target people in the field of health, education, management, monitoring, motivation and guidance. The encouragement of late Sr. Nancy Pereira, who is a source of inspiration, and integrity in her service has given light and life to many poor people.
