Great support, hand holding, proper guidance, knowledge sharing, good opportunity Overall I am very happy working with Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd, it's one of the best employee friendly organization. I will say those who are looking for a good company and good Boss this is the one for them. In my personal opinion Gandhar Oil is the best place to work and the bosses are the best that I have worked with in my entire 20 years career.
