GRAAM is a public policy research and advocacy initiative in India with expertise in policy research, programme evaluation, community consultation, policy engagement, strategic advisory, and academic programmes. GRAAM works collaboratively with four key development stakeholders—government, citizens, civil society organisations, and the private sector. We believe that complementing the strengths of each stakeholder is essential for achieving development goals.
