We look at the values of passion, perseverance and hope in addressing such challenges. Our work in Animal protection is also long term and without instant gratification. We work long term on policy development, work with communities to shift their mindset towards animals, mitigate conflict. All in all, we work to bring in systemic change and most of this cannot be done without resilience. Our model behaviours exude respect. Our treatment of all individuals involved is with dignity and fairness during any decision-making process. We strongly uphold the values of diversity and inclusion, respecting different perspectives and backgrounds.
