Employee 1 - I feel my company is a very great place to work as each and every management like HR management are always there to answer any questions regarding the anything. Again, my seniors are also. they are very supportive and always guide to learn related to our work. Our manager is schedule meetings to avoid communication gap and also share the status of projects and what new decisions were done on same. Also, company arranges the training regarding the projects. Employee 2 - This organization cares about its employee's growth and support while also challenging them to grow with the Company. At this company, manager and their employees trust and respect each other and have a shared commitment to both individual and company success. This organization always focus on employee.

Employee 1 An uniqueness which I feel about this workplace is that I being suffering from certain physical disabilities I do get certain privileges which is not monetary but mentally I do get the support from my supervisors and the management. Employee 2 It recognizes it's employees hard work and encourages us for better results. It understands female employees duties towards home and office thus gives opportunities to balance there personal life along with work life. They even make arrangements so that no one has to quit their career. Employee 3 Open door policy, helpful colleagues, seniors are like mentors. In short it's second home to me. I can share my joy, sorrow my all emotion with my seniors and colleagues. Joyful work environment which helps to teach/learn easily..
