The organization is fairly flexible and vibrant to work as compared to other workplaces. Our leave policies are wholesome and cover almost everything. The whole team's average age is much lesser making it full of energy kinda place. We are able to have fun and work much faster.

The organization is indeed a great place to work as everyone here is given an opportunity to learn and improve their outcomes as a professional. For instance, I was given the opportunity to take up a bunch of training and finer learning material through Udemy which proved to be very helpful in the work I do. I also remember running into a hiccup wherein I was unable to complete the course on time and the organization came through to provide me with an extension and support my learning journey as best as possible. This was very encouraging and helped me finish the course in due time. I'm very grateful.
