Having worked as FSO at Integrace, I was promoted to DSM within 2 years. I got the opportunity to work in a new division. Now, I am managing a business and leading people at a young age and in a different environment where I have never worked before.

Integrace's star awards is an unique experience where I, along with family, stayed in a five star hotel for the first time. We went for evening sea cruise along with Sales Leadership team. Icing on the cake was a STAR awards function, where I was facilitated by CEO.
