Transparent Decision making: The organiza provides a transparent decision-making process be it change in HR policy a decision related to school environment, or a decision for the betterment of students.

When I joined the organization two months ago, my manager made it a point to call to get to know me better. HR connected the right people with me so that my onboarding was easier. b.
