I strongly feel that integrating Goal and Outcome orientation in all the responsibilities is a key strength of the organisation. This has helped me to set priorities for my School, craft a plan, have weekly progress to goal checks and alter the team's actions accordingly. Secondly, holding high expectations and providing high support is the second unique strength of the organisation. We do not settle with low expectations from self and others which enables outcome orientation really well
