My organisation has various clubs which is such a stress buster and a great place to make connections. We have a flat hierarchy here so we can interact with all managers and top leaders in our company anytime we want. We've got flexible work timings and managers who understand our perspective and are easy going. We've got great learning curve here, we can learn any tech stack we want and if they've got the opening we can apply and get into that. We've got a open culture, so if we don't like anything we've been put in (eg. a tech stack) we can directly approach our managers and tell them we'd like to be working in something else.
