Leadership For Equity is an educational systems change and advisory that co-creates holistic solutions with Governments to improve student learning at scale. Over the last 7 years, LFE has impacted 8400+ field officers, influencing 250,000+ teachers and all of its programs, collectively reaching about 10 million students in government schools across 5 states in India. LFE aims to strengthen the existing government structures and mechanisms in education through onsite and technology-based support to teachers and field officers. LFE also undertakes research publications to advocate for the larger discourse and the need to strengthen government school systems in India.
