I have worked at MICA as a faculty for almost ten years and these years have been full of opportunities for professional growth and contribution. I specifically appreciate the autonomy to design my own course modules, develop a research trajectory, and shape new partnerships. MICA has appreciated my initiatives to contribute to social impact and has helped me become a globally recognized researcher and scholar in my area. Besides the intellectual environment, I also love the clean and green MICA campus with facilities like the Knowledge and Information Centre and well-equipped meeting rooms.
