The work place has an excellent environment for Growth. Entire leadership is accessible at any given time, and they genuinely listen to whatever you have to say. May it be new ideas or any complaints, they are always open for any sort of feed back. The management always pushes individuals to contribute more for a cause, rather than just asking them to do their jobs. The program that I am a part of, I feel like its my own product and service and it is me who is going to make a difference delivering it, this sense of accomplishment was missing for the other jobs and Miles does an excellent job empowering the employees. At Miles we do not do mundane jobs rather all individuals take ownership of their work and are proud of the accomplishments, as they are recognized and awarded

The working environment is good and comfortable to work from anywhere in the office and we get constant support and guidance from the team. It feels like a second family to work with.
