Transgender Internship Programme': In a first of its kind initiative in the Indian industry, Natwest had formally rolled out a Transgender Internship programme in 2019. The Diversity & Inclusion Rainbow (transgender workstream) team took on a challenge to initiate the Natwest first Transgender Internship program. Pulling together a program for a community which has not seen enough support in the country and doing this for the very first time for Natwest India D&I counsel was a pretty significant undertaking. This is a paid internship programme which aims to provide mentorship to the programme participants from underprivileged backgrounds, so that they get the confidence to take their first step into the corporate world.  

NatWest Earth Heroes Awards (REHA) -They recognise and thank the great work being done by people in their communities through the NatWest Earth Heroes Awards.
