Collaboration: It is one of the beliefs of the organization, where the importance of working together and interacting in the dynamics of large and small groups is stressed, using teamwork to stimulate learning and nurture interpersonal relationships. Daily Morning Meetings of the SLT and Wing Heads, where everyone is invited to contribute to the decision-making process as well as contributing to the formulation of a new policy. Regular conversations of the Wing Heads with the Head Teacher on matters of Strategic and Operational Leadership on a one-to-one basis or small groups depending on the topic(s) in question. Teachers between wings to support special events, curriculum days, or new initiatives.
