In my role I am encouraged to speak with the senior leadership and management almost on a daily basis. I have always been treated with respect regardless of designations

People are unique , culture is friendly and open. No constraints because i am a woman at work- there is equal treatment irrespective of gender. Work and effort speaks here. People are recognised for the work they do. Even feedback on work is very appropriately shared. Any ideas or innovation are always welcome. Best is that the company management or leadership is clear on its concepts and how to take further steps to move forward which is very clearly communicated down the line as well.
