LAKSHYA – WORKMEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: At Piramal Glass, their values help build a strong team foundation and even stronger culture. They have designed a full day in-house program “Lakshya” for the workmen and supervisory employees with the objective of giving a Better understanding of “Piramal Values and PSFs” among frontline employees and their involvement in achieving the Group’s purpose of “Doing Well and Doing Good”,. This program models and rewards behaviour that demonstrates each value and constantly reminds employees of the values and principles that Piramal stands for and what they should impart in their personal and Professional life. This one-full day behavioural training session facilitated by an external coach which is focused on Piramal Values and Piramal Success factors. Till March 2020, a total of 1458 employees are covered in a total of 62 Batches. They have also invited the ASCENDers/HoDs to share their perspective/experience on “Piramal Values and PSFs” during the valedictory session of this training program.

‘Proud Father’ stories: Innovative Women’s Day celebration: This year, Women’s day was celebrated with a twist.
