Even though there are many things that I, along with many others here, like about Polestar, I will name a few. Polestar places a great focus on people and relationships, which makes it feel less like a workplace. All the leaders in the organization, including Directors, are approachable and very supportive in their approach. I can also speak my mind to anyone, knowing that I will be heard. Additionally, since Polestar has built a great reputation with its clients, they are highly appreciative and respectful towards all employees. Lastly, I would say that the kind of growth opportunities we have received in the organization over the past several years is truly unmatched.

I feel that Polestar places a strong emphasis on people practices, which, in turn, creates a conducive environment for all of us. In this regard, there are many initiatives for employee well-being, learning, and career advancement, including the EPGM course from IIM Calcutta, Learning & Certification Sponsorship, cross-skilling across technologies, the Employee Mood Index, Hobby Clubs, the People Manager initiative, and a host of other engagement initiatives. More importantly, the culture here enables me to give my best, and that is what I appreciate the most.
